The following are the terms and conditions under which we accept any commission to create a web site. Please read:-

The 20-Minute Websites web site is operated by Goldwater Systems Ltd, company no. 3254886 registered in the United Kingdom. For the address see the "Contact Us" page of this site.

The terms "we", "us" and "our" where used below refer to Goldwater Systems Ltd.

- We operate a service to create web sites using data entered by our customers. We are not able to verify the truthfulness or otherwise of the information given to us, and we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of the information displayed on the sites we produce.

- The person or company using our service to obtain a web site shall be liable for all claims in respect of any untrue statement in the on the site whether deliberate or otherwise.

- We will not deal with or produce sites for businesses, organisations or individuals dealing primarily in, or create web sites which feature:- pornography, armaments, tobacco, gambling, or religious or political organisations. We further reserve the right to refuse a request for a site form any other organisation or individual at our sole discretion.

- Limitation of Liability: Except as required by any Statutory Rights under English law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, arising in connection with our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising with respect to our service and products will be limited to the amount paid to us.

- All other sites linked to from this site are the responsibility of their respective owners, and we can not be held responsible for the content appearing on such other sites.

- No site we are asked to produce may include anything that is, or is in our opinion, offensive, or criminal, or that might offend members of the public, or that is untrue or libellous. In this regard we consider that all sites can be viewed by children and we may refuse work for this reason. If you think something you intend to include in your site may possibly not be acceptable under this condition, please contact us first before proceeding with the creation of your site.

- Any of these conditions which might cause us to refuse to create a web site will also mean that we might refuse to implement subsequent amendments to an existing site for the same reasons. In this event the customer will always have the option to either discard the amendment (if already made), take control of the site away from us without penalty, in order to either implement the amendments himself or ask another web designer to do so. We shall not then be required to take back control of the site afterwards.

- "Acceptance" of a commission in these Conditions means our setting up the web site, and no contract is entered into until payment has been received and we commence the web hosting purchase. The initial automatic computer responses from our site when you submit the data to us do not constitute acceptance.

- In the event that we refuse to accept any commission or amendment for any reason, or if we fail to set up a site for any reason, we will return or refund the payment made to us for that commission or amendment.

- Data Protection Act: By submitting a commission for a web site to this site you consent to and agree that any details you include in the site design of addresses and/or telephone numbers, and all other information including any personal information, will be displayed to anyone viewing the site, which may include people anywhere in the United Kingdom and around the world. You must further obtain the consent of any indiviual before displaying information about them on your site. We will not be required to check that you have done so.

- While we will make every endeavour to ensure a commission is processed in accordance with our stated time scales, we can make no guarantee of this and we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred due to any delay in publication for whatever cause.

- It is the responsibility of the person or company placing a commission to ensure it is correct, and to check it once it has been published.

- Notwithstanding the previous condition, we will normally correct spelling mistakes in a submitted web site, if they come to our attention, in accordance with English or American spelling, unless otherwise asked.

- While we endeavour to keep this site operating 24 hours a day, it is technically impossible to guarantee that any web site will not be subject to failure, and there is always the possibility of down time due to circumstances not under our control. Claimed adverse effect on a business due to such down time will not be considered a reason for any form of compensation.

- We do not currently supply any data submitted to this site to any other organisation or person other than by including it in the site for which it is submitted (except as might from time to time be required by lawful authorities). If we change this policy at any time in the future, this condition will be removed, but such change in policy will only be applied to sites created after such removal. Customers should be aware that copies of parts of any web site can be printed or downloaded by viewers.

- These Terms and Conditions, and any contract to display an advertisement, shall be governed by English law.
