We provide the facility to create complete,
professional-looking web sites very quickly, without any need for design expertise or
knowledge of Html, and without the need for
special software.
We lead you through it stage by stage - you
just choose your design from our range, then
type in the data we ask for, and watch it
grow in front of your eyes. If you know what
you want to say, it should take no more than
20 to 30 minutes or so to finish. We then
set everything up for you. All for a low,
fixed price.
Our web sites are primarily designed for
small businesses and organisations that do
not have a web site, or that only have a
very rudimentary site they would like to
improve on.
Your site will give you an immediate
Internet presence. You will be able to build
on it in the future as you wish. On the other
hand, it is cheap enough to "throw away"
later if you decide you are ready to totally
replace it with something more ambitious -
but in that case the replacement site will
have a valuable head-start due to inheriting
the "site popularity" and clientele
you build up now with your first site (assuming
you keep the same domain name, of course).
So you win whatever you decide to do in the
future.
What we don't do
We do NOT do bespoke web sites at great cost
to you in time AND money.
We don't take up days of your time
organising
it.
We don't ask you to agree a contract before
you've seen your finished design.
There are no hidden charges - our "Prices"
page shows everything.
We do not add any advertisements or pop-up
windows to your site.
Unlike many other web designers we
do not
tie you in to us in any way:-
- we register the domain name in your name
- we don't host your site on our own server,
but use a commercial hosting company
- we give you the necessary rights to use and
amend the site code
- we do not charge an "administration"
fee if you leave us
- we give you all the information you would
need to pass on to another web designer
You can move on to another web designer,
or even take it over yourself if you have
the expertise, at any time. We set up your
first web site with that in mind.
Our method
We achieve our low prices by offering a range
of ready-made designs and colour schemes
for you to choose from. You really don't
need an individually designed creation at
enormous expense. Indeed, many such sites
on the Web go over the top with too much
"busy" information crammed into
the space, and Flash effects that can actually
get in the way of the user. What does matter
is the information it contains about your
business and product or service - information
that will attract potential customers.
Have a look through our designs now, and

Then:-
- enter your business or trading name for the
site logo
- type in the address or contact details you
want shown to the public
- watch the site grow in front of your eyes
as you do so.
- enter the text information you would like
shown on the site
- we then offer you additional pages you can
optionally have on your site, such
as a "Contact
Us" page. You can "pick'n'mix"
from the available list as you please.
It's
your choice, and they all come in
the one
price so there is no soul-searching
required
to balance cost before you have found
out
the value.
What should I say on the site? We suggest
one very simple way to decide this
is to
refer to any brochures you have, or
past
advertising you have done. If you have
prepared
such things before, they will almost
certainly
contain all the marketing text you
could
want for your web site. Simplicity itself!
No commitment - we operate on a see before
you buy basis. When finished, you see how
the site looks BEFORE you make the payment:-
- If you decide you don't want it after all,
you just walk away and forget about
it.
- Or if you like the idea but not the way it
looks with the template you chose, you can
reselect different templates (as many times
as you like until you get it right) and
all the text and data you entered is automatically
copied over into the new template each time.
- If you still like the idea but aren't happy
with what you have achieved, phone us to
discuss it. We can suggest how we think you
should change it, for free. Or you can ask
us to take it over and finish it - that will
require an extra payment to cover our time,
though it need not be very great if the work
required is not too much (we will quote and
require the extra amount beforehand). Note
that if spelling and grammar is your only
problem, we check and amend that anyway.
If you like what we have produced, you send
us our fee and we set it up. No risk!
What you get
Complete set up done for you - we arrange
the two things all web sites must have -
the "domain name" and the "hosting"
.
You have a proper domain name (e.g.
www.[yourname].co.uk),
not something that is merely a sub-domain
of our site. Or if you have already
registered
a domain name, you can normally use
that
(this involves either transferring
the name,
or redirecting it from it's current
hosting
location).
The hosting we arrange for you with one of
the many available commercial web hosting
companies, meaning you aren't tied to us.
So in all, you receive:-
- a domain name registered in your name
- a well designed web site
- the site hosted for one year
- easy annual renewal
- amend and update your site whenever you want
(ordinary amendments are free,
a small extra fee applies for regular frequent
changes - see our prices)
- "meta tags" for the search engines
created for you
- registration with various top search engines
and directories is done for you
- full technical data sheet with all the technical
details you might need in the future
- immediate transfer to another web designer
if ever you want
