Our straight-forward pricing policy for creating
web sites:-
If it isn't mentioned on this page, we won't
charge for it
(unless you ask us to do something special
for you, in which case a charge will be agreed
with you up-front).
Our web site prices are extremely cheap due
to our use of pre-designed templates, rather
than expensive bespoke programming for each
new customer:-
Exclusions: We will not create sites for certain excluded types
of business or web site, including adult
or porn, armaments, gambling, tobacco, or
political or religious organisations. If
in doubt, contact us first to OK your proposed
site before proceeding. |

No time to do it yourself? Just choose the template and colour scheme
you want, then send us brouchures, product list, and/or
other documents about your business. They
should provide sufficient information about
your products and company for us to make
up a site from. Mention anything you particularly
want mentioned (e.g. your particular strengths
or target market, company slogan).
The extra charge for this (opposite) is payable
immediately and non-refundable to cover our
time, but the remainder is due only when
you are happy for the site to go live. (You
do not need to own copyright in the material
you send e.g. if a brouchure is copyright
of the print company, but please inform us
or we may copy some text items from it). |

Annual Renewal
includes renewal of one domain name, annual
cost of hosting, on-going search engine review,
our ongoing monitoring of the hosting company,
and all necessary administration.
Renewal of additional domain names if any - same as for new domain names (see
above)
These are current rates only - the actual cost will be the
rate applying on the date when renewal is
effected, and depends on the rates then in
force for the domain names and hosting).

- VAT not applicable to these prices.
- Note that there are a huge number of Internet
users out there, and some of them still run
non-standard browsers, or very early versions
of the standard browsers. As with any other
web designer, the only guarantee we
can make that your web site will look the
same on all of them is: it won't! We
optimise your site for the browser versions
used by 95% of users.
- We use hosting companies that do not currently
make any "administration"
charge
if you decide in the future to transfer
your
domain name away from them (just
as we ourselves
do not). It is highly unlikely that
the hosting
company would introduce such a charge
in
the future. But if it occurred this
would
be beyond our control, and you would
be liable
for the charge if you wished to proceed
with
such transfer.
- While we take every precaution to use reputable
hosting companies, it is possible for a host
we choose to subsequently go out of business
or otherwise cease from hosting sites. In
this event and if another company does not
take over the hosting, we will endeavour
to move your site to another hosting company,
but there will normally be an additional
charge to pay (being at least the normal
charge that the new company charges for it's
hosting and/or setup. Any problems arising
from such an event would be beyond our control,
but we would do our best to resolve the matter
for you. In particular transfer of a domain
name might take time.
